Main Responsibilities within client business:
The role involved managing the reverse logistics operational move from one location to a new site. This involved the Warehouse build / fit out, the people element with HR, The systems integration and infrastructure with IT. I also worked with the operation to ensure that the process flows and SOP’s were updated accordingly. The following work streams reported into me on the project;

- Client Services
I worked alongside a Wincanton Project Manager who was based onsite in Stafford and the Screwfix Programme Manager.
Wincanton run the overall site that the client moved into and use an allocated DC. The transition of the operations was phased in with phase 1 going live in Stafford in August 2015. Phase 2 followed in November 2015. The actual operation covered the return of goods by 2 main retailers who then forward them onto the client for processing. The goods are originally normal customer store returns.
