This role included managing a team of Super Champions who were part of the project team. The role involved project managing resource and activities during the WMS upgrade project. The WMS upgrade saw this company upgrade the PkMS R2002 WMS to the latest version – WMoS 2011XR release.

Main responsibilities within client business:

• Manage a team of River Island Super Champions.
• To implement and control disciplined handover procedures as part of project control.
• Ensure key project milestones are met in a timely fashion.
• Manage the overall test process.
• Manage the overall site training requirements.
• Manage the River Island test team
• Ensure project is on track for a mid July 2012 ‘Go-Live’
